How is it possible to condition your drinking water with a bunch of wires and magnets wrapped around your water pipe ?

Answer by joeyc The water softener unit is hooked to the mani water line coming into the house, and the water runs through the system before coming out the faucets.
Hard water is due to calcium and magnesium in the water. The system basically filters the calcium and magnesium out from the water. If you do a quick search it will explain the specific technical aspect of the process.

Is this for probation? Do they watch you, or are they in the room with you while peeing?
If they don’t, there are synthetic urine products you could buy at a head shop. The kind I’ve used many times is called ‘Number One’ and it comes with an elastic waist band, heating pad to warm the liquid to about 95-100 degrees, and a thermometer strip so you can be sure of the temperature. It works GREAT. As long as no one sees you taking a little tube out of your pants you will pass the test every time. And, seeing as you didn’t give them any real bodily fluids, you don’t have to worry about failing.
Go to a head shop and ask for ‘synthetic urine’ or a ‘urine substitute’ and pony up the dough.
